Get to Know Our Infrastructure

Your Virtual Servers. Our Infrastructure.

Your virtual servers run on infrastructure we operate ourselves — giving us direct control over performance, reliability, connectivity, and the physical environment supporting your services.

From enterprise-grade servers and redundant storage to network connectivity, power, and cooling, every critical infrastructure layer is managed by our own team. This allows us to monitor the entire environment, respond directly to technical issues, and maintain consistent service quality without relying on third-party data center operators.

One Infrastructure. One Responsible Team. Whether an issue originates in a virtual machine, physical server, network connection, or supporting facility, our team has direct access to the infrastructure needed to investigate and resolve it.

Our ProxMox Clusters

Discover How Our VPS Clusters Work

01

We use Proxmox VE, an open-source virtualization platform based on KVM, for its performance, flexibility, and mature management capabilities. It allows us to maintain direct control over our virtualization environment without depending on proprietary licensing models.

02

Our server processors are selected based on real-world workload requirements, balancing clock speed, core count, cache capacity, and memory performance. Rather than simply maximizing the number of CPU cores, we focus on delivering consistent computing performance for our customers.

03

Virtual server storage is built on mirrored disk configurations, providing redundancy against individual drive failures. Enterprise-grade SSD and NVMe drives help deliver fast and predictable storage performance while reducing the risk of service interruption caused by a failed disk.

04

Each virtualization host is connected through 10Gbps network interfaces to two independent Top-of-Rack (ToR) switches. This design provides redundant network paths and helps maintain connectivity if a switch or network link fails.

05

Our virtualization environments are designed around a minimum of two physical servers, providing a foundation for workload distribution, maintenance flexibility, and infrastructure resilience.

Operational Excellence

Monitoring, Backup, Prevention and Support

Reliable virtual servers require more than powerful hardware.

Efficient Operation Ensures Availability and Security, while keeping the cost low.

Our operations combine proactive monitoring, structured backup management, preventive maintenance, and experienced technical support.

Independent Backup Storage

Virtual server backups are stored on a dedicated storage server, physically separate from the Proxmox virtualization hosts. This separation provides an additional layer of protection against failures affecting the primary server storage and supports recovery when needed.

Continuous Infrastructure Monitoring

We monitor virtualization hosts, storage systems, network connectivity, and critical data center infrastructure to identify potential problems and respond promptly.

Preventive Maintenance and Capacity Management

Regular infrastructure inspections, software maintenance, and resource monitoring help us maintain stable performance and plan capacity expansion.

Direct Technical Responsibility

Our engineers manage the complete infrastructure, from the virtualization platform and physical servers to network connectivity, power, and cooling. This enables coordinated troubleshooting without depending on external infrastructure operators.
