Our sites are specially designed in accordance with TIA-942 - Telecommunications Infrastructure Standards for Data Centers. We beleive that compliying with all applicable standards and best practices ensure operational excellence. A detailed datacenter risk assesment is performerd. Locations are carefully selected to eliminate potential risks..

To ensure our customers’ success and end-users’ business productivity we offer dependable, on-demand 24/7 technical and remote support. You can reach our support team via helpdesk platform, email, or Viber/WhatsApp messaging.

By implementing series of technical and operational measures we are comitted to ensure highest level of datacenter security. The sites are specially designed to provide maximum security. There are local guards and patrol cars with advanced alarm systems. The sites have video surveylance systems. Only escorted access is provided to our premises. Maintennace is perfomed by own staff with minimal .

Power supply of a data center is vital for ensuring uninterruptible operation, minimize downtime and keep operational cost minimal. We guarantee power supply availability to be 100% in all our sites. We offer 48 VDC as a standard option and 800 VDC is comming for demanding AI applications. Power supply system is designed in fully diverse 1+1 configuration (A+B circuit), starting from separate A and B power rooms, PDBs, UPS systems and rack cabling. Each rack is equipped with two (or more) PDU's - for circuit A and B. Upon request individual power meters and STS switches may be added.

We offer excellent Service Level Agreement (SLA) with guaranteed uptime 99.999%,

Our standard offer covers most common needs but don't hesitate to contact us if you have special requirements. Our team will prepare a special solution for you.

By implementing advanced monitoring techniques in all our data centers we are able to continiously monitor virtually all parameters. That includes server processor loads, memory and disks, port traffic, equipment health. With sensors, installed at different points in the racks, rooms and equipment we can monitor temperature and humidity in accordance with the latest standards and good practices. In addition we do momnitor electric current and power consumption on IT equipment, air conditioning and other data center systems. By setting up trigers with different severity levels our operating staff can react promptly to fix any problems and eliminate disasters. Our monitoring system also continuosly check perfomance of fiber optical neowkr and allow us to act in case of cable cut or failure.

All sites are equipped with advanced air sampling fire detection system FireLink from HOCHIKI. With strategically placed pipes and samplink holes VESDA systems sample the air by drawing it along the pipe and into the detector measuring chamber. The systems provide and extremely high level of sensitivity to smoke detection, therefore detecting smoke at an early stage in the development of he fre. In case of fire the alarm system trigers fire suspension system with gas.
